INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR REGISTRATION TO NURSERY & LKG (FOR 2025-26)

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please read the below mentioned instructions carefully:

IMPORTANT DATES:

1 Application form for Registration to Nursery & LKG should be made online through the online Registration form available on the school website (www.stfrancisschoolsadabad.com) from Sunday 1st December 2024 to Monday 30th December 2024.
2 Hard Copy of Online filled Forms will be submitted in the School Office with the necessary documents (Kindly refer the list of documents below) from Wednesday 1st January 2025 to Wednesday 15th January 2025 only.
3 The identification (interaction) of the child with parents will be held on the date that will be given by the school. (Exact Date & Time Slot will be displayed on the admission dashboard only).
4 Status for Admission for the Session 2025-26 will be declared on the admission portal only.
5 Selected admission will have to submit their Admission Fee through Online mode Only (Link will be available on admission dashboard from Saturday 15th February 2025 till Friday 28th February 2025).
6 The offer for admission automatically stands cancelled after the given dates.

FORM FILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

1 Application Forms for registration to Nursery will be available on the school website (www.stfrancisschoolsadabad.com) only.
2 Age for Admission of class NURSERY as on 31st March 2025 the child should be 2 years 8 months to 3 years 7 months 29 days.
3 Age for Admission of class LKG as on 31st March 2025 the child should be 3 years 8 months to 4 years 7 months 29 days.
4 Over aged child will not be considered for Admission in the school.
5 Fill in all the required information as indicated in the form. Incomplete form will not be accepted.
6 No change of NAME & DOB will be accepted. The NAME & DOB mentioned in the Registration Form will only be applicable (It should be matched with the supporting document).
7 It is mandatory to mention the NAME and SURNAME/SECOND NAME of your child in the Registration Form (As per the supporting document).
8 It will be the sole responsibility of the parents for any error in the Registration Form.
9 The Management is not responsible for any unauthorized person or activies in the name of admission. No one is authorized to act on behalf of the school.
10 Admission stands cancelled even if you have paid the Fee and your form has error.
11 Your negligence is not a reason for not following the instructions.
12 NO TRANSPORT FACILITY AVAILABLE FROM THE SCHOOL SIDE.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

1 Copy Of Online Registration Form.
2 Copy of Online Registration Fee Receipt.
3 Recent photograph of the child along with the parents, affixed on form.
4 Proof of current Residential Address (either Passport/Rent Agreement/Electricity bill/Land line phone bill/Lease agreement/Voter ID/Aadhaar Card)
5 Bring along the original Birth Certificate of the child and the Residential proof for verification
6 Adhar Card copy of the parent and the child.
7 Sibling (Real Brother/Sister not cousin) proof – Photocopy of the latest mark sheet of St. Francis School, Sadabad.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

1 Registration Fee payment INR 300/- (Indian Rupees Three Hundred Only) will be made through Online Mode (through admission dashboard) only.
2 Before you proceed with payment make sure that the entries are absolutely correct.
3 Once payment is made, no correction whatsoever will be acknowledged/entertained.
4 Registration Form can only be downloaded after payment is made.
5 Selected admission will have to submit the Admission Fee INR 12,000/- (Indian Rupees Twelve Thousand Only) only through Online mode (Link will be available on Admission Dashboard from Saturday 15th february 2025 till Friday 28th February 2025).
6 School fees for the first quarter of April-June 2025 is to be paid along with the Admission fees.
7 As soon as the child is selected for admission, his/her admission fee is to be submitted by Online/ Demand Draft in favor of St. Francis School payable at Sadabad.
8 Fees Once paid will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1 Admission status of the applicant would be displayed on admission dashboard only.
2 No list will be displayed in the school office; no enquiry regarding the status for the admission from the school office will be entertained (refer admission dashboard only)
3 To know the admission status kindly:
3.1 Log in to the Admission Portal.
3.2 Use your registered Mobile No. (that you used during form filling process).
PLEASE NOTE : EVERY FURTHER COMMUNICATION REGARDING ADMISSION WOULD BE DONE/DISPLAYED ON ADMISSION PORTAL ONLY, SO WE REQUEST YOU TO CHECK YOUR ADMISSION DASHBOARD ON A REGULAR BASIS , DO NOT WAIT FOR ANY KIND OF SMS FROM SCHOOL SIDE.
